Planstamp is a travel tracking application that allows you to:

- Earn achievements for your travel milestones
- Plan future trips with AI-powered itineraries
- Share your travel journey with others
Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use Planstamp
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Username Policy: Your username must not contain profanity, hate speech, offensive content, or impersonate others. We reserve the right to automatically or manually delete accounts with usernames that violate this policy without prior notice.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create on Planstamp (such as your profile information and travel data). By using Planstamp, you grant us a license to display and process this content to provide the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use Planstamp for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

- Use profanity, hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive content in your username, display name, or any user-generated content
Premium Features
Planstamp may offer premium subscription plans with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Advertising
The free version of Planstamp displays advertisements. By using the free service, you agree to the display of ads. Premium subscribers may access an ad-free experience.

Planstamp and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
